Champ Star Cuisine began in a season of necessity. With one income and two hungry boys, founder Anthea turned to what her mother taught her — cook with love, stretch every grain, and feed people well. She began preparing classic West African dishes and listing them on DoorDash and Uber Eats. By the Lord’s grace, customers kept coming, and she hasn’t looked back.
Our logo tells our story — Anthea in the middle with her two boys, the “Champs,” because family is at the heart of every plate, and Mom is the “Star” who keeps it shining. Two Champs. One Star. Family in every plate.
