Our name, Champ Star, comes from the cherished nicknames of my children — Champion and Star — a reminder that family, tradition, and passion are at the heart of everything we do.
Our culinary journey began in 2010 with a menu inspired by my roots in Ghana. From the bold, comforting flavors of Eba and Egusi Stew to the savory goodness of Acheke with Grilled Tilapia, and from classic Jerk Chicken to Rice and Peas, we create dishes that celebrate the best of West African cuisine.
